About the Organizer​

Sarah Pflugradt is a registered dietitian with a background in clinical and community nutrition. She is an accomplished writer and has authored two published books. She is a mom of 3 active kids, an Air Force vet, a military spouse, and a doctoral candidate. She shares her passion for nutrition education with her students and is working to expand nutrition education to the military community.
